Terms of service
Last updated 13 September 2026
The service
We generate short videos and still images from your prompts, using third-party artificial intelligence models, and sell access as prepaid credits priced in Nepali Rupees.
What a generation costs in credits depends on:
- the model you choose;
- for a video, its length and resolution — and whether you attach a reference video, whose own length is billed as input alongside the clip you asked for;
- for an image, how many you generate.
The exact credit cost is shown before you commit to it, and that figure is what you are charged.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account
You sign in with Google. We never see your Google password. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
One person, one account. New accounts can claim free welcome credits; accounts created repeatedly to claim them may be suspended and the credits removed.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
What you may generate
You may not use this service to generate:
- content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, including synthetic likenesses and voice;
- sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal in Nepal;
- content intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate or spread disinformation;
- content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination;
- content infringing someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
What you upload is your responsibility. You may attach reference images, video and audio to a generation. By uploading anything you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it for this purpose, that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that any identifiable person in it has consented. The prohibitions above apply to what you upload exactly as they apply to what you generate.
We do not review, moderate or approve what you generate. This is a tool: you choose the prompt, you supply the reference material, and the output is produced automatically and returned to you. Our model provider applies its own content filtering and may refuse a prompt independently of us, and a refused generation is refunded in full — but that filter is theirs, not a review by us, and nothing we return has been checked or endorsed by a person here. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may result in suspension.
What you make is yours
You own the videos and images you generate. Our model provider treats generated output as the customer’s data, and we pass that through to you: you may use your generations commercially, subject to the restrictions above and to the provider’s own terms.
We do not claim ownership of your prompts, your uploads or your generations, and we do not use them to train models.
You are responsible for how you use what you generate, including obtaining any consent or licence your use requires.
We do not keep it for ever. Generations are stored for the retention period shown on your account and are then permanently deleted; the expiry date is shown on every one of them, and we warn you when they are close. Download anything you want to keep. Deletion after that period is expected behaviour, not a fault, and is not refundable.
Credits, payment and refunds
- Credits are prepaid and priced in Nepali Rupees. Payment is collected through our gateway, Khalti, whose checkout accepts mobile banking, Connect IPS, internet banking, SCT cards and the Khalti wallet.
- The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout. A receipt is issued for every purchase and is kept in your billing history.
- Credits never expire and have no cash value outside this service.
- Credits are held when you press Generate, not when the generation finishes. If it succeeds they are spent; if it fails they are returned in full, automatically. You never pay for something we did not deliver.
- Credits reach your account as soon as we confirm your payment with Khalti, normally within seconds. We verify every payment with Khalti directly and never rely on the browser returning from the payment page. Generations usually arrive within 30 to 150 seconds; if one has not completed within 15 minutes we cancel it and return your credits.
- Discount codes and offers may be withdrawn, changed or expire at any time, and give you no entitlement to a price you have not already paid. A code affects what a purchase costs, never what the credits it buys are worth afterwards.
- Credits are priced against the US dollar. Our supplier charges us in dollars and we sell in rupees, so how many rupees a credit costs follows the exchange rate, and how many credits a given pack contains can change over time. What a generation costs in credits does not move with the exchange rate — an eight-second clip is the same number of credits next month as it is today.
- We may still change what a generation costs in credits. If we do, the new price applies from the moment we change it, including to credits already on your account. Credits are never taken away and never expire, and the exact cost of a generation is always shown before you press Generate.
The only refund we make is automatic: a failed generation returns its credits. We do not return money, including for unspent credits. Our refund policy sets that out in full.
Availability and liability
We depend on a third-party model provider and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We do not promise any particular level of availability. Whatever the cause, a failed generation costs you nothing — see §Credits above.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Nepali law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2075.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, attempts to defraud us, or abuses the welcome credits.
If we close your account for a reason that is not a breach by you, you do not lose your credits. Tell us where to put them and we will move your unspent balance to a replacement account you nominate. Ending the account was our decision, not yours, so keeping what you paid for something we then stopped you using would not be right. It is still not money, and we never return money — see our refund policy.
You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Unspent credits are not refundable on voluntary closure, because credits never expire and remain usable for as long as your account is open.
Complaints and governing law
If something goes wrong, our complaints procedure sets out where to write and the timeframe within which we will respond. You may also complain to the relevant consumer authority; nothing in these terms restricts that right.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the current version is always the one on this page.
